I'm not exactly sure why I liked this series when it first started (other than the gorgeous male lead) but I did! Certainly, it was a lot of fun watching Jarod play the oh so cool and oh so superior Miss Parker for a fool every week. But it was more than that. The series may center on Jarrod, but the real mystery and what keeps me watching centers on Miss Parker. She is every bit as important to the success of the series as the character of Jarrod. There is a kinship between she and Jarrod and I am very pleased at the conspiracy theme that has evolved over the first season. I watch each week, not so much to see if Jarrod will find his identity, but for the next clue as to why Miss Parker's mother was killed.
