


The first Minnesota Women On-Line
training seminar
was held May 17th, 1997 at the University of Minnesota,
St. Paul Campus
in the The St Paul Student Center at 2017 Buford Avenue.
Registration and Welcome began at 9:00 a.m. in the Minnesota
Commons Room.
Pro Choice Resources invited nonprofit women’s organizations
in Minnesota
to join us for this one-day seminar to explore new technologies of communication.


Participating organizations were asked send Internet Teams consisting of three organizational
members (staff, board or volunteer). Each team developed a unique Internet
Action Plan to expand their organization's Internet capabilities and create
effective strategies for using new technologies to achieve organizational
goals.

Facilities included access to both Mac and PC computers.
