This is NOT part of the Holiday Inn chain. An inexpensive motel located on the "Kingsway Strip" which, in earlier years, was the main highway route through Thunder Bay. However, it's located in a largely residential area, so any restaurant, gas station or other amenity is a drive or long walk away. It's about a 5 minute drive to the Kotei location.
