Well, the class did get a whole lot more interesting and dynamic on Wednesday, with the last two days being several planning exercises and some actual "run throughs" of some tactical entry exercises. And, I've taken to leaving my window open at night, which has made the room cool enough to sleep in, so I'm not as cranky as I was on Tuesday. (I don't have too much worry associated with sleeping with the window open. Pretty much everyone knows that it's cops staying in these barracks, and besides, anyone who did try and get in through the window would make enough noise to give me enough time to be Prepared...)

I really do enjoy these schools, and I get a lot out of them, but I tell you, by the end of the week I'm quite ready to get home and back to my own house and own shower and own bed and of course my puppy dog.
