Weight: who knows?
Mood: fed up with my sleep cycle


Well, once again my circadian is completely fuxored -- since I only got about three hours of sleep Sunday night/Monday morning, I crashed yesterday from 5 - 8:00 PM. I actually went back to bed at 10:30 PM, and slept for a great grand four hours -- whee. So I finally decided to get up and do my Monday workout on Tuesday morning -- lat pulldowns, upright rows, dumbell curls, standing lat pulldowns and 15 minutes on the reclining bike. It would probably be easier to lose weight if I wasn't tired/sleeping all the time. It would also be easier not to be tired/sleeping all the time if I didn't have the Most Boring Job in the World, but that's another issue.

So it's 5:42 AM, and I'm wondering if it's even worth it to try and get another hour of sleep (the earlier I get into BoringWorld, the earlier I get out), or just suck it up and go for two hours, or just blow it all off, stay up and go in at 6:45 AM. Decisions, decisions.
