Okay, I'm not quite the lazy slob that I may seem -- I did do cardio and weights on Tuesday (admittedly it was unloading boxes in an overheated room for two hours, but trust me, that was cardio and weights!), and last night I did combined pull and push weights (overhead press, bench press, triceps press, lat pulldowns, dumbbell curls), plus fifteen minutes on the reclining bike. And my arms don't feel like falling off, so maybe the muscles have finally gotten the message and are starting to build. That would be so nice.

Now if I can just stop eating crap, all will be well. *sigh* I wish I had a cook -- it would make things sooooo much easier...

Ooooooh yeah. That's what I call a workout. 3x10 calf raises, leg extensions, leg curls, straightlegged deadlifts, and some standing lat pulldowns thrown in because I want to keep working on that whole chinup thing. Of course, my legs now feel like rubber, but with the sheer amount of protein I consumed today, all of those tiny little tears will be filled with brand new muscle tissue, strengthening and expanding the muscle. Yeah!
