The Nebula Awards are presented annually by Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America (SFWA), and are voted on by the membership in four categories -- Best Novel, Novella, Novelette, and Short Story (About the Nebulas). Also awarded this year were the SFWA Service Award, Author Emeritus, and Grandmaster titles.  The list of winners can be found at the above link, or within the transcripts below.

The SFF-Net Nebula Chat was held on the IRC (Internet Relay Chat) server, with a relay of highlights to the Telnet Chat server, on the evening of the Nebula Banquet, with author Vonda N.
