Linda J. Daly lives and works in Norristown, Pennsylvania, on the outskirts of Philadelphia.

She attended the Viable Paradise workshop for fantasy and science fiction writers in 2006. In July 2009 she received her MFA in popular fiction from the University of Southern Maine's Stonecoast program. By day, she works as a medical copyeditor.

Linda's story "The Second Conquest of Earth" will appear in Strange Horizons in November 2009.
